项目选用国内先进的生产设备，新、扩建生产车间、辅助生产工程、公用生产工程和工程技术中心等工程，对拥有自主知识产权、处于国际先进水平的发酵法生产赤藓糖醇技术进行转化，达到年产10000吨赤藓糖醇生产规模。
四、项目建设条件
“发酵法生产赤藓糖醇技术”于2007年1月8号通过省级鉴定，该技术从菌种技术到生产工艺到产品质量，总体技术居国际先进水平。该技术原料来源丰富，产品国内外市场前景广阔，经济效益、社会效益显著。本项目是公司自主知识产权技术，目前已达到工厂化生产阶段。目前，该项目立项、环评、土地等手续均已办理，车间已改造完成。

项目总投资4000万美元。

本项目全部投产后，每年可新增销售收入2.8亿元，实现利税0.8亿元。

2．Brief introduction to the project unit
Binzhou Sanyuan Biotic Technology Co. Ltd. is a high and new technology enterprise in biotic industry of Shandong and an agricultural industrialization leading enterprise of Binzhou City. The Company is located in Binzhou Industrial Park with a land area of 6.7 hectares and 230 sets of various production equipment, complete with water, power, steam supplies and other infrastructures. The main products include iso-malto oligosaccharide and non-dairy creamer, with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons.
3．Project contents and construction scale
With advanced domestic production equipment, the project is to build and expand production workshops, auxiliary production works, public production works and engineering technical center, etc., to carry out transformation of the technique of erythritol production in fermentation method with intellectual property right at worldwide advanced level, to reach the production capacity of 10,000 tons/year of erythritol.

Passed the provincial appraisal on January 8, 2007, the "technique of erythritol production in fermentation method" represents the international advanced level starting from strain technique, production process to product quality. The technique features in abundant in raw materials, promising in market both at home and abroad and remarkable in economic and social benefits. The project adopts the Company's technology with intellectual property right, and has reached industrial production stage. At present, the project approval, environmental impact assessment and land formalities have been finished and the reconstruction of old workshop completed.
