三、项目内容及建设规模
项目规划面积238.4公顷，计划将山东（济北）电子信息产业园建成以生产电子元器件为主的省重点电子信息产业园区，建成后将成为长江以北最大的电子元器件生产基地。

山东（济北）电子信息产业园位于山东济北经济开发区内，区位优越，交通便利。园区规划面积10平方公里，园区内基础设施配套完善，实现了水、电、路、气、通讯等“九通一平”。园区内土地成本相对较低，水、煤炭、天然气等资源丰富，劳动力充足，开发利用成本低，投资回报率高。

Shandong (Jibei) Electronic Information Industrial Park is a modernized IT products production base, a demonstration base, a research and development base and a training base, combining electronic product manufacturing, marketing, training, exhibition, research, development and incubation. It accommodates a number of famous enterprises, such as Enertronix, Jielong, Expand Electronic and Lonsur.

Located in Shandong (Jibei) Electronic Information Industrial Park with a planned area of 238.4 hectares, the project intends to build the park into a provincial highlight electronic information industrial zone for electronic component production and even the largest electronic component production base in North China.
4．Project construction conditions
Shandong (Jibei) Electronic Information Industrial Park is in Shandong Jibei Economic Development Zone, excellent in geographic position and convenient in transportation. With a planned area of 10 sq km, the Park is complete in infrastructures with "9 -availabilities and one-leveling" including water, power, roads, gas and telecommunications. The Park features in low land use costs, abundant water, coal and natural gas supplies, rich labor resource, low development costs and high rate of return on investment.
