临沂经济开发区位于山东省临沂市城区的东南部，是2003年6月经山东省人民政府批准设立的省级经济开发区，紧邻全国第二大批发市场—临沂批发市场，具有巨大的商贸优势。开发区已初步形成了生物化工、机械电子、食品医药、纺织服装、木业家具、现代物流等支柱产业。开发区已累计签订项目合同200个，合同投资额400亿元，累计利用外资13237万美元。开发区目前已入园项目192个，其中110个项目已投产运营，外资项目36个。

临沂经济开发区基础设施完善，实现“七通一平”。临沂经济开发区政策优惠，在土地、税收方面实行“一事一议”，对于好的项目优惠幅度可以具体协商确定。开发区围绕以临工-沃尔沃、旭洋机械、临虹无机为龙头的机械电子产业，以中化肥业、施可丰化工为龙头的化工产业，以联邦家具、柏丽雅家具为龙头的家具产业，以立晨国际物流、华派克国际物流为龙头的现代物流产业等几大产业进行招商，努力实现产业集聚，形成完整产业链。

2．Park/zone overview
Located in southeast part of Linyi City, Shandong Province, Linyi Economic Development Zone is a provincial level economic development zone approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province in June 2003, close to Linyi Wholesale Market that is the 2nd largest one in China, remarkable in business advantage. The development zone has preliminarily formed mainstay industries of biotic chemicals, machinery, electronics, foods, medicines, textile, clothing, wood furniture and modern logistics. In the development zone, accumulatively 200 project contracts have been concluded with the contractual investment amounting to 40 billion yuan and foreign capital of USD 132.37 million utilized. At present, 192 projects were settled in the development zone and 110 of them have been put into production, including 36 foreign funded projects.

Linyi Economic Development Zone is complete in infrastructures and has realized "seven-availability and one-leveling". Linyi Economic Development Zone provides preferential policies in land use and taxes according to specific projects. For good projects, the preferential margins may be adjusted through consultations.
