山东海阳经济开发区

    海阳经济开发区是1992年山东省人民政府批准的省级开发区，辖13个行政村，总人口3万人。建区以来，已吸引了日本、韩国、香港、台湾等十多个国家和地区的客商纷纷入区投资，入驻企业达到278家，合同总投资140多亿元，初步形成了以电子电器、机械加工、纺织服装、新型材料为主的产业群体，2007年实现销售收入144.5亿元，实现利税7.2亿元，成为胶东加工制造业基地和山东半岛城市群建设的主力军。

    海阳市位于胶东半岛南端，黄海之滨，北临烟台，东接威海，西近青岛，位于三市中心地带，是胶东半岛重要的交通枢纽。

    在基础设施建设方面，海阳经济开发区已投入资金3亿元，修建路网55公里，硬化面积83万平方米，绿化面积130万平方米，10千伏双回路供电线路和热力管道覆盖全区，居住区、学校、幼儿园、商贸区、医院、公交站、污水处理厂、热电厂等公建配套设施已建成并投入使用，园区承载能力不断增强。

    在软环境建设方面，推行项目审批“一条龙”服务，项目开工建设全方位服务，企业投产后的经常性服务等一系列服务制度，帮助企业顺利实现投资建设、投产达产，全面构筑国内一流的投资环境。

    围绕现有的产业特点，利用产业资源优势，依托海阳核电厂，发展核电设备制造、配套加工等与核电密切相关的产业；依托机械设备产业集群，引进机械加工相关产业；依托手机配件加工集群，引进发展电子电器相关产业；依托五金钢构产业集群，引进发展金属加工相关产业。

    Shandong Haiyang Economic Development Zone

    Covering 13 administrative villages and a population of 30,000, Haiyang Economic Development Zone is a provincial level development zone approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province in 1992. By now, it has accommodated 278 firms from a dozen countries and regions such as Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan, etc. with a total contractual investment of more than 14 billion yuan, formed an industrial group mainly containing electronics, electric appliance, mechanical processing, textile, clothing and new materials. Realizing a sales revenue of 14.45 billion yuan and a pre-tax profit of 720 million yuan in 2007, it has become a main force in the construction of Jiaodong processing and manufacturing base and Shandong Peninsula city groups.

    Haiyang City is located at the southern end of Jiaodong Peninsula on the coast of Yellow Sea, at the center surrounded by Yantai to the north, Weihai to the east and Qingdao to the west, as an important communication pivot in Jiaodong Peninsula.

    With 300 million yuan put in infrastructure construction, Haiyang Economic Development Zone has built 55 km roads, 830,000 m² hardened areas and 1.3 million sq m gardening area, with 10 KV double-circuit power supply and heating pipes covering the entire zone. The residential area, school, kindergarten, shopping zone, hospital, bus station, sewage treatment plant, thermal power plant and other public facilities have been completed and put into service. The bearing capacity of the zone is continuously increasing.

    In soft environment construction, services are provided for project examination and approval in an all round way, and from commencement of construction to completion and production, with a series of service systems to help enterprises realize investment, construction and production, so as to create the first class investment environment in China.

    Relying on Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant, to develop industries closely related to nuclear power, such as nuclear power equipment manufacture and processing; Relying on mechanical equipment industrial colony, to introduce industries related to mechanical processing; relying on mobile phone parts processing colony, to develop industries relating to electronics and electric appliance; relying on hardware and steel structure industrial colony, to introduce industries related to metal processing.
