山东金洲集团金聚粉末冶金有限公司成立于1998年，注册资本71万美元，资产总额840多万美元，2007年实现销售收入410多万美元。公司已开发出钨合金、铁基、铜基、硬质合金、不锈钢，柯伐合金等六大系列，三百多个品种的产品，广泛应用于汽车、摩托车、内燃机、石油钻井、渔具、手表、医疗器械等领域，已达到注射成型100吨和压制成型200吨的年生产能力。

该项目主要是引进国外铁基、铜基、镍基、硬质合金、不锈钢，柯伐合金等粉末注射成型技术，增加产品品种，形成年产500吨注射成型产品和年产1000吨的压制成型产品的生产能力。

本公司在钨合金方面技术已经成熟，在铁基、铜基、镍基、硬质合金、不锈钢，柯伐合金等粉末注射成型技术方面进行深入研究，大部分产品出口到国外。

项目总投资4000万美元。

Shandong Jinzhou Group Jinju Powder Metallurgic Co. Ltd. was set up in 1998 with a registered capital of USD 710,000 and has the total assets of over USD 8.4 million. Year 2007 saw a sales revenue of over USD 4.1 million. The Company has developed 6 series products of tungsten alloy, iron base, copper base, hard alloy, stainless steel and Covar in more than 300 varieties, widely applied to automobile, motorcycle, internal combustion engine, petroleum drilling, fishing gear, watch and medical appliance. The annual production capacity has reached 100 tons of injection molding and 200 tons of pressure molding.

The project is mainly to import foreign technology in powder injection molding of iron base, copper base, nickel base, hard alloy, stainless steel and Covar, etc., for product diversification and forming a production capacity of 500 tons/year of injection molded products and 1,000 tons/year of pressure molded products.
