二、园区概况
东营港经济开发区于2006年4月经山东省人民政府批复成立，规划区232平方公里，重点发展化工、电力能源、机械装备制造、现代物流四大产业。现有各类企业65家，个体工商户220户。
三、园区投资环境
目前园区现已建成道路7条，总长15.5公里；给排水管道37公里，完成9.15平方公里共计1405万立方米的土方吹填；总投资43亿元的海科化工项目、7.8亿元的亚通化工项目已动工建设，中海油、大唐电厂等大型项目正在加快推进中；东营港2×3万吨散杂货码头即将启用，2个5万吨、2个5000吨级液体化工码头及配套的114万方油品罐区和散杂货陆域堆场也将在2009年初开始建设，将为入区项目提供便捷通达的运输服务，提高效益。
四、项目内容
开发区主要围绕化工、机械制造、物流及电力能源等产业进行招商。化工产业重点发展石油化工、海洋化工、盐化工、煤化工及相关配套的精细化工等；机械制造业着力打造石油机械设备生产、加工基地；现代物流业重点发展原油及石油化工产品、散杂货海洋运输，远期发展煤炭、矿石等物流，力争建成鲁北及晋冀地区综合性物流中心；电力能源产业重点推进建设超超临界大型电源项目和大型风力发电项目，建成华北地区最大的电能供给基地。

2．Park/zone overview
Dongying Port Economic Development Zone was set up in April 2006 as approved by the People's Government of Shandong Province. With a planned area of 232 square kilometers, it mainly deals in four industries of chemicals, power and energy source, machinery manufacturing and modern logistics. Presently there are 65 enterprises of various types and 220 industrial and commercial individual households.
3．Park/zone investment environment
At present, the zone has completed 7 roads of 15.5 km in overall length and water supply and drainage pipes of 37 km. Dredge filling of 9.15 square kilometers or totally 14.05 million m3 is finished; Haike chemical project of 4.3 billion yuan in total investment and Yatong chemical project of 780 million yuan have been commenced. Large-sized projects such as Zhonghai Oil and Datang Power Plant are being pushed forward; Dongying Port 2 x 30,000-ton bulk cargo dock is about to open. The construction of two 50,000-ton and two 5,000 DWT liquid chemical docks and supporting tank farm of 1.14 million square meters and bulk cargo storage yard will start in early 2009, to provide convenient transportation services in the zone so as to improve efficiency.

The development zone invites mainly investors for chemical, machine building, logistics, power supply and energy source industries. For chemical industry, it gives priority to petrochemical, marine chemical, salt chemical, coal chemical and related supporting refined chemical industries; For mechanical manufacturing, it is to create production and processing bases of petroleum mining machinery; For modern logistics industry, priority is given to crude oil and petrochemical, sea transport of bulk cargo, coal and minerals for far-term development, to create a regional comprehensive logistics center of North Shandong, Shanxi and Hebei; For power supply and energy source industries, importance is attached to ultra supercritical large-sized power supply projects and large-sized wind power generation projects, to build the largest electric power supply base in North China.
